Both parents for first trip, about one week
Both parents travel for 2nd trip, approximately 14 days (One parent may leave after the court proceedings are finalized, after about 5 days.)

Fee includes a $1000 orphanage donation
Only one child can be adopted at a time
Married couples and single mothers may apply
No criminal background
No history of mental health concerns (depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, or other mental health issues)

We are working closely with a licensed, Hague and Russia-accredited agency to seek families for these beautiful children. This is a great program with easy travel and very accommodating, especially for single mothers! These children are located in a major city, with no cross-country travel to remote regions required. Now that we have successfully placed several of these children, this will no longer be a "regional grant fund". Please click on the link below to make a donation for a specific child. BE SURE TO SPECIFY THE CHILD'S NAME. Only children who have full medical info listed in their profile are eligible for grant donations (until we recv the rest of the childrens' information).

All initial agency fees ($3000) must be paid in full within two weeks of commitment prior to a child being matched on our site. This is in addition to your home study costs.

Lera is a gorgeous little girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 4 years old. She is quite high functioning, and doing very well. She has flat feet and a systolic heart murmur, but no major heart conditions. She is able to walk and climb, she eats by herself, dances, and understands and follows directions. She has also been transferred to the regular class, so she living and learning with her typical peers.
