Our adoption partner in Moldova is Children's House International. Moldova is a small country that sits between Ukraine and Romania. It actually used to be a part of Romania pre-World War II. After the war, a small part of Romania was given to Russia. After 1989, Moldova became it's own country which has an influence of Russian and Romanian to this day. Both languages are spoken in the country. The children are mostly Caucasian, with blonde hair and blue eyes, but occasionally there are children that have darker skin, hair and eyes. The capital of Moldova is Chisinau (pronounced Kishinev). Your exit visa will be processed at the US Embassy in Bucharest, Romania.
Children with Down syndrome are readily available for adoption from Moldova. CHI's owner just visited the authorities in Moldova, and they are open to providing information about some of the children to assist in finding adoptive families for them. Please stay tuned for more information weekly regarding the children and this wonderful program. This is another historical opportunity to be the first families to adopt children with Down syndrome from Moldova!
Feel free to visit the website for Children's House International to learn more about them until the children are posted here!!

Allister Born October 1, 2001 SIGNIFICANT RISK, PLEASE ADOPT ME SOON!! This handsome young man is 5 years old. He has brown hair and brown eyes, and looks like the sweetest, most loving child! I bet he is a little mischievous too! We have (9) photos available, so please ask!! (We apologize that they are so grainy) .He has been in the orphanage since he was 1 month old. He has a heart murmur, but it is not described as a typical coronary defect such as ASD. He has had his immunizations, therapy, and dental care! Allister is able to eat by himself, can dress himself, and loves to play! He does have a few words, and is at the age where his speech is prime for learning!! Andrei is already past the age where he should have been transferred to the mental institution. We need to find a family for him quickly! Adopting from Moldova is an easy and relatively inexpensive process. The dossier is very simple. You get full medical disclosure AND a full 28 minute video of Allister! The cost is under $15,000 including INS, agency fees, facilitation, and travel. One or both parents can travel, either 2 trips of 1 week each or 1 trip for 3 weeks. Adopting our angels with Down syndrome out of Moldova will also be making history! Please contact
